The Overlord anime movie is getting a sequel

Overlord Anime Movie 2 is officially coming to Netflix on July 21.

Netflix is the home to the franchise.

Overlord 2 will be available to stream and watch on July 19.

The anime sequel to Overlord is based on the manga series by Kana Takahashi and Hiroshi Yamaguchi.

The movie will feature new characters including Yuuko Nakamoto, and Kana’s daughter, Miki.

In the anime, a mysterious new girl named Saya is kidnapped by the Overlord.

Yuuko and Kari are on a mission to rescue her.

The manga also stars Ayane Sakura, Aya Shameimaru, Kana, and a new character named Ayumu.

The original Overlord movie premiered in Japan on October 20, 2012.
