Japanese anime giant FUNimation has announced the release of a new anime series, Big Bitch, which follows the story of a young girl named Saki who lives with a group of other girls in a farmhouse.
The new anime will premiere on Funimation this summer.
The series is written by series director and director Naoki Tanaka and will premiere at the same time as the new anime.
FUNimation describes the series as a “new era” in anime: “With a young, new girl, Saki, and her friends, she becomes a member of a group that works together for their own good.
The girls learn that they have special powers and must overcome the hardships they face to become a better group of people.
A new era begins in the world of girls.
The story begins when Saki discovers that she has the power of the girls and the girls learn their power as they begin to fight.”
Saki will join a new group of female fighters named the Team Ninja, and the series will feature a “special heroine” named Mika.
FUNIO will premiere the series in Japan this summer, and will begin streaming the series on April 1.
The show will feature English dubbing.
Funimation also announced today that a Japanese dub of the original anime will air in August.
The English dub will be produced by FUNimation, and is directed by former A-1 Pictures and Cartoon Network series director Rie Tanaka.
